LIGHTNING PUMP - Smart — The Market's Fastest Battery-Operated Hydraulic Pump

• The LIGHTNING PUMP - Smart drew some of the strongest crowd interest and it is easy to see why. This portable battery-powered hydraulic pump is engineered for speed and simplicity: powered by a 48V, 1,170 watt-hour battery and brushless DC motor, it is the fastest single-motor pump available for bolting applications.
• Visitors were able to experience the fully automatic workflow firsthand, select a tool from the 7-inch glove-compatible touchscreen, enter the required torque value, and press start. The pump handles everything else, automatically calculating precise torque without the need for charts. The vibration feedback on the pendant adds an additional layer of safety and usability in field conditions.
• Rated IP65 for dust and water resistance, the LIGHTNING PUMP - Smart is built for real-world energy environments. It supports up to 4 torque tools simultaneously, captures bolting data automatically, and includes a built-in HDMI output, all housed in a durable hard shell transport case.

HYTORC TRUE-LOCK Reaction Washer — Safer Bolting by Design

• The HYTORC TRUE-LOCK Reaction Washer generated strong interest from safety-conscious engineers, and for good reason. This innovative fastener component eliminates the need for a reaction arm entirely, removing one of the most common sources of injury in bolting operations.
• The TRUE-LOCK's knurled ridged bands grip both the flange surface and the nut face, preventing rotation under dynamic loads while protecting the flange from surface damage. • The LITHIUM SERIES II (LST) is HYTORC's flagship electric torque tool, described as the most advanced on the market, and its live demonstration at SNS2026 was one of the most interactive on at our booth.
• Powered by a 36V industrial-grade battery and housed in a nickel-plated aluminum body, the LST combines excellent torque performance with a level of data intelligence previously limited to fixed or pneumatic systems.
